A bit of recovery randomness! As I have been taking it easy recently due to a minor procedure, I have begun easing myself back into work! I'm back doing random jobs alongside my favourite subject of Loft Ladders! I have recently made this oak grab rail for a customer, it is positioned on a quarter turn landing where a traditional rail is not practical to install! This allows the customer additional support to make the 90 degree turn before continuing up the remaining steps! ‘From floors to roofs and everything in between'! I haven't posted since mid July not because I've been sunning myself in far of lands, sadly it's more boring! Having had a minor op I've spent some time in recovery! Although still in the later stages of recovery I am booking in work to ease myself back in. As carrying on if nothing had occurred would have created extended lead time for my clients! Just for a change, a customer reached out for help completing their kitchen installation. The kitchen had been installed well but required Cornice, pelmet, plinths, appliance doors and an ironing board cupboard complete with a door and hinges. What seem like simple tasks that shouldn't take too long, tend to swallow time at an alarming rate! The finishing touches took 2 days to complete with happy customers left to carry out minor finishing touches and tiling!
